As a founder, wife, mama bear, and beach lover, I’ve always been deeply intrigued by the human body and the complex questions surrounding health.
Reflecting on my childhood, I realize how often I felt insecure in my own skin, constantly comparing myself to others, even within my own family.
It was during my time in college at 18 that my health struggles reached a breaking point.
I faced chronic sinus infections, allergies to almost everything, and gut issues that I had ignored for years.
On top of that, I spent over a decade on birth control, dealt with TMJ and migraines, and eventually faced infertility while trying to start my family.
So much of what I experienced felt “unexplained” and rarely discussed.
It was a cycle of tests and prescriptions, but I rarely felt seen or heard.
