As a founder, wife, mama bear, and beach lover, I’ve always been deeply intrigued by the human body and the complex questions surrounding health.
Reflecting on my childhood, I realize how often I felt insecure in my own skin, constantly comparing myself to others, even within my own family. It was during my time in college at 18 that my health struggles reached a breaking point. I faced chronic sinus infections, allergies to almost everything, and gut issues that I had ignored for years. On top of that, I spent over a decade on birth control, dealt with TMJ and migraines, and eventually faced infertility while trying to start my family. So much of what I experienced felt “unexplained” and rarely discussed. It was a cycle of tests and prescriptions, but I rarely felt seen or heard.
Becoming a mom changed everything for me. In a period where my health continued to decline, I found powerful motivation in caring for my new baby. When traditional doctors couldn’t provide answers for either of us—my precious girl with her “baby acne” and distressing reflux—I recognized the importance of taking charge of our health. My daughter didn’t have the ability to advocate for herself, so I had to step up, not just for her, but for myself as well. I wanted to be a mom who was both mentally and physically well, capable of nurturing her and making choices that felt right, even if it meant challenging the norms of the healthcare system.
Now, as a passionate mom on a mission, I am dedicated to educating and empowering women, especially fellow mothers, about holistic health—mind, body, and spirit. I want to help you connect the dots in your own health journey, so you can embrace a body you love and radiate strength and energy for your children, your community, and your true purpose. Together, we can navigate this path to a healthier, more fulfilled life.
